The goal of this guide is to combine my personal, long-standing academic and practical experience into one place and, in a sense, shorten the journey and create a shortcut for all those for whom this guide is intended. It does not represent the only possible method or approach to these topics but is a collection of my experiences and insights that have been proven in my performing and teaching practice.
